AFTER MANY YEARS WORKING IN THE EVENTS AND CATERING INDUSTRY, DOING EVERYTHING FROM BARTENDING RIGHT UP TO HUGE SCALE EVENT ORGANISATION, I HAVE HAD A FULL CIRCLE MOMENT AND ENDED UP CREATING A BUSINESS IN THE SAME FIELD WHERE I VERY FIRST STARTED. OVER A DECADE AGO I HAD MY FIRST BARISTA TRAINING EXPERIENCE AND EVER SINCE, MY PASSION FOR A GOOD CUP OF COFFEE HAS GROWN NO END. THERE IS SOMETHING INTRIGUING ABOUT THE SCIENCE AND INTRICACY OF THE COFFEE MAKING PROCESS, PARTICULARLY THE IMPORTANCE OF UNDERSTANDING EXACTLY HOW AND WHY THE TINIEST ADJUSTMENT OR CHANGE CAN DRASTICALLY AFFECT THE END RESULT.
LIKE MANY OTHERS DURING THE COVID PANDEMIC, I PARTICULARLY MISSED THE ABILITY TO POP OUT AND GRAB A GREAT CUP OF COFFEE WHENEVER THE CAFFEINE CRAVING HIT SO IT WAS DURING THIS PERIOD OF TIME THAT THE IDEA BEHIND COPPER COFFEE STARTED TO BREW.
IN 2022 MY PLAN STARTED TAKING SHAPE. FROM BEING A SENIOR EVENTS MANAGER, I BECAME A BUSINESS OWNER AND STARTED WORK ON HOW BEST TO LAUNCH MY NEW VENTURE. EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE GAINED OVER THE YEARS IN THE INDUSTRY PAIRED WITH WHAT I HAVE LEARNT FROM DOING A UNIVERSITY DEGREE IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT HELPED TO ILLUMINATE A CLEAR PATHWAY TO FOLLOW. I HAVE ALWAYS LIKED THE IDEA OF BEING MY OWN BOSS, SO I AM EXCITED TO SEE HOW COPPER COFFEE GROWS AND DEVELOPS OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF YEARS.

THE HUT ITSELF WAS EVEN CUSTOM BUILT AND HAND CRAFTED IN OUR NEIGHBOURING TOWN OF WESTON SUPER MARE, SO WE ARE A LOCAL BUSINESS BUT OUR MOBILITY AND DEDICATION TO TASTE WILL HOPEFULLY BRING US CLOSER TO YOU.
